Tasting notes: One of the best harvest of the last decade. Reflect the best possible relation between wine and wooden barrel. This is a reverse selection of production; oak barrels were selected to have best influence of the wood on the wine. Very pleasant, layered with developed aromas. It smells of Mediterranean herbs. High concentrations, excellent, live acids, solid tannins. From the aromas come griotte cherries, oak, some tobacco and plums. Wonderful acid that along with abundant tannins and alcohol guarantee the longevity of this wine. In perfect condition.
Food pairing: Best combination with dry aged steak and red meat.
Ageing potential: Enjoy now or cellar up to 6 years. Serving temperature: 16°C / 18°C (61°F / 64°F) Decanting: Recommended for at least 30 minutes.
