Tasting notes:
A special selection of the best grapes in the vineyard and the best hand-sorted grains gave this special wine a limited series of only 4.700 bottles. Dark blackberry in color, chocolate covered dark cherries, dried currants and plums. Tertiary notes of forest floor, sage and saddle leather, tobacco. This wine is full-bodied, complex, bold and exceptionally structured. The earth given purities of this wine lead to a rich, chocolate, dried fruit center. The palate is long and driven structured with firm silky tannins.
