Tasting notes:
A beautiful and elegant ruby-colored wine. Fruity aromas of young red fruits. It smells intensely of ripe cherries and red currants. The wine is young and drinkable, very lively and rich, with young tannins, high concentrations and pleasantly accentuated acids. Taste rich, full-bodied, firm in structure, with an abundance of cherry sweetness at the finish and some dark chocolate. After opening, the wine gets wonderful forest notes of sour blackbitter oak, crumpled blueberry bush leaves and forest soil. It has a long duration, a perfect balance between maturity and freshness, an intense retro taste of cherry jam.
With potential for long term ageing and in the coming year, the quality is likely to continue to grow. A wine of collectors value.
