Tasting notes: Jubilee wine created on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the winery. Wine that represents 10 years of commitment, perseverance and love. The 2009 harvest was marked by a low grape yield, so this wine is also very concentrated and rich. The fullness and structure of the wine represents excellent balance, so the wine is easy to drink, although it is one of the fuller domestic wines. Aromas of prunes and dried cherries, sweet spices of cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla, nuts, smoke, tobacco, iodine--this is one of the reasons it was chosen to mark the tenth anniversary of the winery.
Food pairing: Best combination with meat dishes and ripe cheese.
Ageing potential: Enjoy now or cellar up to 6 years. Serving temperature: 16°C / 18°C (61°F / 64°F) Decanting: Recommended for at least 30-60 minutes.
